Covid-19 has not gone away, and it would be irresponsible should we not try to maintain the highest levels of protection for both you and our staff.
Our team members have undertaken full Covid-19 training and will ensure all clients are treated with the utmost care, attention and safety at all times. We have undertaken a full and comprehensive deep cleaning of the salon, and will continue, as always, to ensure the salon is clean, disinfected and hygienic at all times throughout the day. Please be assured that a strict cleaning rota will be adhered to both during the day, and in between each client. All salon areas will be thoroughly disinfected both at the start and end of the day, as well as in-between each client.
We do not expect visitors to the salon to wear a mask unless you wish to do so. We will not routinely be wearing masks within the main salon area. However, please do not hesitate to ask if you would prefer us to wear them.
We will continue to wear them during most treatments due to the close contact required.
Whilst we acknowledge there are no restrictions, we do ask that anyone with symptoms such as a cough, high temperature or if you generally feel unwell do not attend the salon.
Your safety is paramount. We will of course continue to provide an excellent service at the salon, making sure that clients are able to fully relax during their time in our space and hope that our Covid-19 policy doesn’t impact on your enjoyment too much.
